  My husband and I stopped in the other day on our way back from the beach. We each ordered a burger, mine with a side of coleslaw, and his with a side of onion rings. Everything was EXCELLENT except for the coleslaw which tasted as though it had spoiled. When we brought it to the clerk at the counter, she dumped it in the trash and said, "I'll let them know", but she didn't offer a replacement side or a partial refund, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was good.

  My family and I have tried this place a few times since they took over the Burger Shack spot. Three strikes and you are out for me. The food is terrible everytime. Last night we tried it again only to wind up hungry because most of the food wasn't edible. Paid over $40 for fries that were either greasy and mushy or burnt. Fried shrimp were too overcooked to bite. Just gross. We had placed our order to go and when I tried to call to tell them I was placed on hold and they never came back. We will never go back.
